Prepare for Usage
Due to the thickness of RSO+ at room temperature, it is recommended to warm the product slightly before usage. This can be done by holding the syringe in your hand while closed for a few minutes or by placing the syringe under warm running water with the applicator cap on. Always make sure no water gets into the plunger side.
Sublingual: Depress the plunger on the syringe to release the desired amount and place it under the tongue. Hold Distillate under the tongue for as long as possible to help with absorption, and swallow what remains.
Oral: Fill an empty capsule with Distillate by depressing the syringe to release the desired amount of distillate into the capsule. Close the capsule and swallow with water. Distillate can also be added to food and cooked with for an edible-experience
Topical: Depress the plunger on the syringe to release the desired amount and place it on the skin. Hold the RSO with a bandage to ensure the RSO stays in the desired topical location.
